CREATE A COACHING CULTURE
People want to be a part of a purposeful company and help create! The great resignation and poor employee engagement are raging, and you must devise a strategy to address these issues. Building a Coaching Culture, we believe, is THE strategy.
Employee Engagement is a Problem
Employee engagement has declined for the first time in a decade. Across all occupations, burnout and stress are at an all-time high. The big resignation rages on, and many firms are at a loss as to how to help their employees and save their cultures.
Employees Expect More From Their Leaders
• 70% of the volatility in an employee's engagement is attributed to the manager
• Only 12% of employees believe their supervisors do enough to engage them
• Two-thirds of employees would forego a wage boost if their manager were sacked.
• Millennials and Generation Z want team leaders that can coach them, value them as persons and as employees, and can help them grow.
Create a Coaching Culture as a Solution
Transforming your managers into Coaching Leaders creates the most powerful shift in enhancing employee engagement and halting the great resignation in your firm. Leave aside the traditional management training and discover the power of empowering your managers to:
• Become the kind of leader that others desire to follow
• When engaging employees, coach the "whole individual."
• Achieve exceptional results with a motivated workforce
• Create a culture that attracts and retains the best employees.
"Becoming an effective coach is the most important
skill any manager can develop." - Gallup
What exactly coaching culture means?
We believe that two fundamental components are required for a culture to exist:
Steps to Establishing a Coaching Culture
Collaborate with our team to create a coaching culture by changing your managers into Coaching Leaders.
Step 1: Hold a Planning Meeting

Together, we will develop a high-level strategic strategy for rollout, adoption, and implementation. We will check our content during this session to ensure that it is consistent with your corporate language and existing frameworks.
Step 2: Share Your Coaching Vision
TIMELINE: MONTH 2
A senior level executive from your company will share the goal for creating a coaching culture inside your company with our team. Leaders will have the opportunity to learn about the participation expectations.
Step 3: Attend a Training Workshop

Step 4: Individual Coaching

Leaders will take part in our six-month Coaching Upgrade Leadership program, which will focus on their personal transformation into coaching leaders. They will be coached, held accountable, and have their personal development plans sharpened.

The learning from the training sessions and mentoring is supplemented by these sixty-minute webinars. We will bring leaders back together for additional training, sharing of experiences, and coaching scenario practice.
